Details | The chargeable pieces of a single usage event (for example, a MOC with airtime, toll and special service components) must ALL rate successfully for that event to be billed or outcollected. This prevents confusion and calls to customer service. This prevents the situation, for example, where airtime is billed one month, and then toll for those same calls is billed the following month. In this case, one of the chargeable instances SPUN, causing the remaining chargeable instances to SPIN with this unbillable code. |
