Sales associates can view documents posted by their sales manager on the RESOURCES tab.This includes global resources and associate-specific resources. Associate-specific includes resources posted to a parent entity.

To open the document click the link in the applicable document’s Name field.
Notes:
Documents are stored in the Document Storage web module. You must have Document Storage deployed to use the Resources tab.
Access to confidential documents (lock icon) requires View Confidential Documents permission.
The Search field on the right side of this tab lets you filter the Resources list. Based on the text you enter, the search will find partial matches for the Name.
