Residential Reports

Because Residential reports always display only 2 decimal places, the truncating of these numbers may cause the individual 2-decimal usage numbers in Residential reports to appear incorrectly. The values displayed for individual calls may not add up to the actual correct usage total (calculated by the system) unless you choose Conventional or Up as a Rounding Option for Residential reports.

Examples:

$1.0338854 computed charge will be stored as $1.0338 and displayed as $1.03
$1.034457 computed charge will be stored as $1.0344 and displayed as $1.03
$1.035233 computed charge will be stored as $1.0352 and displayed as $1.03
$1.038156 computed charge will be stored as $1.0381 and displayed as $1.03
