Right-click on the desired order and select PreOrder Conversion History. This displays the Run Report window.
Note
The PreOrder Conversion History option is only displayed for orders with a status of “Incomplete”.
Enter the Order Number and click OK.
A printable report for the order is displayed. Refer to the Order Report section in the Reports chapter of the IDI platform Administration User Reference Guide for additional information.
