Right-clicking a billing group allows you to perform several actions:

  • Filter

  • Refresh

  • Create One File

    The Create One File action allows you to send a request to create a report of the invoice selected. You can choose an XML File (invoice), Usage File (usage detail records), or XML and Usage Files.

    • Select the invoice you want to print files for and right-click and select Create One File > Xml File, Usage File, or Xml and Usage File.

  • Reprint One File

    The Reprint One File action allows you to send a request to create a report of the invoice selected. You can choose an XML File (invoice), Usage File (usage detail records), or XML and Usage Files. The Reprint One File option allows you reprint a specific invoice for a selected invoice regardless of the print status.

    • Select the invoice you want to print files for and right-click and select Reprint One File > Xml File, Usage File, or Xml and Usage File.

  • Create All Files

    The Create All Files option allows you to send a request to print all invoices displayed in the invoices table.

    Note

    Depending on how many invoices there are, this process could take up to several minutes for the invoices to be created on the server.

    • Right-click any row and select Create All Files > Xml File, Usage File, or Xml and Usage File.

  • Change Print Status

    Occasionally, there is a need to change the print status of a customer account or several accounts so that when printing is initiated or re-initiated those accounts will/will not print based on the changed status. This can be done by selecting the invoice.

    Change Print Status allows you to change the print status of the currently selected row from one status to another.

  • Change All Print Statuses

    The Change All Print Statuses action lets you to change the print statuses of all rows in the table from one status to another.

    • Right-click any row and select Change All Print Statuses.

  • View Corporate Tree

    The View Corporate Tree option allows you to view the corporate tree structure for a corporate account.

    1. Right-click an invoice and select View Corporate Tree. This displays the Corporate Tree window.

      Note

      You must have a corporate account selected in order for the option to be enabled.

    2. To view the customer information, right-click an account and select View. This displays the Summary tab in Customer Management.

  • View Reports

    The View Reports option allows you to view the assigned reports for the customer account.

    • Right-click an invoice and select View Reports. This displays the Reports window.

  • Clear Service Cached Data

  • Concatenate Files
