Enabled: Lets you create a new journal via the Journals tab for a customer.

Disabled: New > Journal is not displayed on the shortcut menu of the following windows:

  • Customer Summary tab - Journals section

  • Customer Journals tab

  • Journal for Order window from the customer Orders tab

  • Journal Search Results

  • Edit Follow-Up - Journals tab

  • Edit Trouble Ticket - Journals tab
