Orders Application Menu
The Application menu provides the following selections:
| Opens the Applications Tray where you can select a web application such as Orders, Customer Care, Tickets, etc. Which applications are available in the tray is controled via teh Security web module. |
| Opens the New Order page |
| Opens the Orders OmniSearch page |
| Opens a form for using/managing Bookmarked and Recent Orders |
| Displays a submenu for Orders Setup |
| Opens the Help Resources page on E-Support. |
Order Status - Order Management Icons
A bank of Order Management icons is available in the upper right corner. The available icons depend on the Order State:

Order Details - Order Item Icons
Order Items and their respective actions (Add, Disconnect, Reconnect, Restore, etc...) are represented by color-coded symbols. Hovering over an item displays text to indicate what the item is and the action to be taken:
