Markup by Fixed Amount

To mark up a rate plan by a fixed amount:

1. From the Applications menu select Product Management > Rates. The Rates window is displayed.

2. Right-click on an existing entry and select View Rate Details.

3. Right-click on an existing entry and select Markup. The Markup Rate Details dialog box is displayed.

4. Enter the fixed amount (in dollars) of the markup. (Use a minus sign (-) for negative amounts.)

   

5. Click Adjust. A confirmation box appears.

   

6. Click Yes to continue.
