Here you can choose an effective date for the plan or feature (if the Choose Effective permissions are set in Admin Console).
Choose from:
Effective TODAY
The end date of the existing item(s) will be set to today's date and the start date of the new item(s) will be set to today’s date.
Back Date to Start of CURRENT Bill Period
The end date of the existing item(s) will be set to the current bill period’s start date, and the start date of the new item(s) will be set to the current bill period’s start date. This option will backdate the new plan or feature (within the current bill period).
Effective at Start of NEXT Bill Period
The end date of the existing item(s) will be set to the next bill period’s start date and the start date of the new item(s) will be set to the next bill period’s start date. The new feature or plan will start at the beginning of the next bill period.
Notice that the bill cycle begin dates are displayed for you.

The chosen date is applied to and or all conflicting changes produced during the Make Sale/Sales Request process; a separate page does NOT get created for each conflict.
