The Loyalty Discount window lets you choose to make the discount a loyalty discount where the customer is rewarded for the length of time they keep the service.

To configure a loyalty discount:
Select the Make this a loyalty discount check box.
Select the appropriate option:
Loyalty from customer establish date - The IDI platform uses the customer's established date as the expected bill date to determine the length of the loyalty discount.
Loyalty from discount assignment date - The IDI platform uses either the discount assignment date and the expected bill date to determine the length of the loyalty discount.
If you do not want this discount to be a loyalty discount, verify that the check box is cleared and click Next.
Notes:
If you are configuring a Tiered Group Discount (see About Tiered Group Discounts), the Loyalty Discount wizard page is not displayed.
If you selected the Charge discount type, the Loyalty Discount wizard page is not displayed.
