The Local Call Plans Reference table lists the available Call Plans for specific NPANXX combinations. This information is imported into the system from CCMI.
To access the Local Call Plans Reference table:
From the Tools menu, select Reference > Local Call Plans Reference. This displays the Local Calling Plan Search dialog.

Enter the NPA or NPANXX combination that you need the call plan for. This displays the Local Call Plan Reference table.
The Local Call Plan Reference table contains the following information.
NPA
The selected area code.
NXX
The exchange(s) within the area code.
Available Call Plans
The call plans available in the selected NPANXX. Call plans 1 - 6 are for business and 7 - 9 are residential.
