Having numerous Adjustment Types can make it difficult to find and make the correct selection when adding/editing an Adjustment. The list of Adjustment Types available to select can be filtered based on User Group through Adjustment Type configuration in the Admin Console Data Management table.
The Add/Edit Adjustment Type form has a new multi-select check box with a list of Users as defined in the Security/Groups table.

Not selecting any User Group will make the Adjustment Type available to all users.
Considerations
For User Group restrictions to work in Customer Care, user IDs between SaaS security and Desktop Client must be synched. It is not recommended to use the User Group restrictions on Adjustment Types if user IDs between SaaS security and Desktop Client are not synched.
Users that are only in SaaS security can only select Adjustment Types where there are no User Group restrictions.
How it Works
When a user adds a new Adjustment, the Adjustment Type field is populated with those Adjustment Types designated to be available to that user via the Adjustment Type configurations in Data Management.
Note
For users that have Edit permission for Adjustments, on opening an item for editing, the Adjustment Type drop down menu is populated with the Adjustment Types the user is permitted to see as well as the currently assigned type. Only Adjustments that have not yet been posted can be edited.
