To reinstall the IDI Scheduling Service:
Double-click RemoteSchedulingService.exe or click Change/Remove from the Add / Remove Programs > IDI Scheduling Service to launch the install process in maintenance mode.
The Repair/Upgrade or Uninstall options are available from maintenance mode. When you launch the Scheduling Service, the Setup Type form is displayed and you can choose either Repair/Upgrade or Uninstall. The process followed for Repair/Upgrade is identical to that used in the installer.
Repair/Upgrade allows you to install the software again in case any changes need to be made to the setup.
Uninstall removes the service from the machine. However, the Scheduling Service configuration/job information that was entered in the IDI Desktop Client is not removed.
