This table defines languages that can be assigned to a customer account (to be used in service provisioning) or to a service number. To set up and maintain this table:
Under Data Management double-click Language Types. This displays the Language Types window.
The Language Types window contains the following information.
Language ID
(read only)System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the language type.
Description
Description of the language type.
The shortcut menu for this table lets you add, edit and delete language types. See Working with Data Management Tables.
