When one of your subscribers places a call from a Roaming Partner's SID/PMN, a record is generated in your Roaming Partner's switch. The Roaming Partner creates a CIBER/TAP file with the agreed-upon charges in it and sends it to the ARP. This file contains Incollect records.
The ARP passes this file on to you so you can bill your subscribers according to their service plans.
