We are always looking for ways to improve our software and service offerings. Your feedback is important to us. The insight you provide guides us to better address current operational concerns, support new business models and leverage developing industry trends.

That’s why IDI is excited to tell you about some changes we are making to our product suggestion process.

Now you can see ideas submitted by the IDI Product Team, as well as ideas submitted by other IDI platform users such as yourself.

Got an idea?

Not much has changed regarding submitting your idea. We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible. This will help everyone understand, comment and vote!

Moving Ideas Along…

Seeing and understanding the status of your idea will help everyone stay on the same page around roadmap considerations, development efforts, released software and more.

Below is a list of statuses and a brief description for each:

Status	Description
Needs reviewed	A member of IDI’s Product Team has not reviewed your idea yet, but don’t worry we will provide an update soon.
Already Exists	Thank you for this idea – great minds think alike! This functionality already exists within the IDI solution. Additionally, a member of IDI’s Product Team will provide steps necessary to meet your needs.
Open for feedback	This idea is not currently in our Feature Backlog and IDI’s Product Team would like more feedback from customers.
Development backlog	This idea would make a great enhancement to our solution! We have added it to the Development Backlog to be scheduled within an upcoming release.
Adaptive Request suggested	This idea is creative but may require a more business-specific approach. We recommend that you submit an Adaptive Request.
Cannot be supported	We strive to provide a robust and flexible solution but there are times when feature requests may not be a good fit. We want to help you with your business needs but this is not an idea that will be moving forward for consideration.
Scheduled	This idea has moved into the construction phase of our release process. Your idea will soon be a valued enhancement to the IDI solution!
Released	You spoke and we listened. Your idea is now part of the IDI solution. Release notes and more information about the new functionality can be found under the Resources menu on E-Support.

I Voted!

If you like an idea, let us know by placing your vote!

You can vote on each item, by clicking the VOTE image. You can only place a single vote for each idea. If you have not voted, the image will display as grey, once you VOTE, the image will update to green.

If you change your mind and want to remove your vote, simply click the VOTE image again and it will remove your vote and revert the image back to grey.

To see who else likes the idea, simply click on the vote tab when viewing the idea details. Hovering over the votes will display the user’s name who voted.

We want to hear from you. Add a comment to any idea. Your comments could add more insight into why an idea is important for your continued success. A comment could also explain how your organization faced similar needs and addressed them without development.

From the main ideas page, you can see how many comments have been added to an idea. Click on the comment image to create or read comments.

Watch This!

See what others are saying by subscribing to an idea. This means that you will receive emails when an item gets votes, comments and status updates.

When you create an idea, the system will automatically set you as a subscriber who follows the idea and receives notifications. To unsubscribe, simple click the Unsubscribe button located in the idea details.

If you see an idea you like and want to get updates, simply click the Subscribe button located in the idea details.

Lose interest? That’s okay, it happens. If you no longer want to receive updates, just click the Unsubscribe button located in the idea details.
