Fulfillment Request Statuses

The valid Fulfillment Requests statuses are listed below.

Status

Meaning

Submitted

The Fulfillment Request is either waiting to be sent to the distributor; or it has been received by the distributor, but no one has started fulfilling the request.

Picked

All of the items in the request have been pulled from the shelves.

Partially Picked

Only some of the items in the request have been pulled from the shelves.

Packed

All of the items in the request have been packed for shipping.

Partially Packed

Only some of the items in the request have been packed for shipping.

Shipped

The items in the request have been given to the shipping agent.

Customer Picked Up

Rather than being shipped to the customer, the items in the request were physically picked up by the customer after being Picked and Packed.

Delivery Confirmed

Confirmation of delivery to your customer has been received by your company. This confirmation can be the result of a phone call to the CSR, an entry on your web page, mail receipt or via an automated voice answering system.

Canceled

The request was canceled.

You can cancel a fulfillment request when its status is Submitted.

If items in the request were "shorted," the system sets the request to Canceled.
