Filtering

You can filter (hide) table items on a selective basis. You can hide all items except a selected item, or hide just a selected item. The filter setting only applies while the table is open. If you close and then re-open the table later, the filter is removed.

To apply a filter:

1. Select an item in the table:

2. To hide the selected item, right-click and select Filter > Excluding Selection.

   OR

   To hide all items except the selected item, right-click and select Filter > By Selection.

3. To remove a filter and restore the table to its original state, right-click and select Filter > Remove Filter.
