The events for the IDI Clearinghouse Service are used to automate some processes. Contact your Billing Specialist or Program Manager for assistance with Events and InfoScripts.
From the list of objects under the Clearinghouse Service, double-click Events. This displays the Events window.
Enter the maximum concurrent events that you want the IDI Clearinghouse Service to be able to perform.
Click Save.
InfoScripts can be written for specific events, such as sending an e-mail to a designated address.
CXRErrorFile.OnAfterError - This script is run after an Error file has been created and saved to the database.
CXRFile.OnAfterReject - This script sends an e-mail after a Reject file has been processed and saved to the database.
CXRFile.OnAfterReturn - This script is run after a Return file has been processed or a Company Return has been created and saved to the database.
CXRSequenceGap.OnAfterGaps - This script is run after successfully processing an incoming file and gaps were found for the SID/SID combination in the file.
