You may have to change the setup of a line card type.
To change a line card type, from the Applications menu select Inventory Management > Equipment Inventories > Line Card Types. This displays the list of line card types.
Double-click the line card type you want to change or right-click the line card type you want to change and select Edit. This displays the Edit Line Card Type window.

Make changes to the Description, Inventory, and Allow Location Description fields as necessary.
Note
Do not clear "Allow Location Description" if the line card type has already been assigned to a service number. Doing so removes the ability to change the location description for that assigned line card.
To exclude an equipment type from the line card type, right-click the Equipment Type and clear Include. The green check mark changes to a red X and "Include" is no longer checked on the shortcut menu.
To change the display order, right-click an included equipment type and select either Move Up or Move Down.
Click Save to save your changes.
