You can find specific transactions based on a variety of criteria. To search for E-Pay Transactions:
On the Applications menu, click Customer Management > E-Pay Transaction Search. This displays the E-Pay Transaction Search window.
Note
You will only be able to view customers based on your User Limit-To profile.

Select any combination of search criteria as described below. (Selecting no criteria returns all transactions.)
Status
Select one or more status(es) from the list.
AVS Code
Select one or more AVS code(s) from the list.
Reason Code
Select one or more Reason codes from the list.
Account Type
Select one or more: Credit Card, ACH Bank, or LEC.
Type
Select a transaction type from the drop-down list.
Credit Card Number
Enter the credit card number to search.
Note
Credit Card numbers are masked, so a search will result in the credit card number with the longest set of “*” characters being sorted and returned first.
Bank Account Number
Enter the bank account number to search.
Note
Bank Account numbers are masked, so a search will result in the bank account number with the longest set of “*” characters being sorted and returned first.
Bureau Transaction ID
Enter the bureau transaction ID to search. This is the number the credit service/bureau assigns to a transaction after it is submitted for processing.
Process Date
Enter the From and To dates of the transactions to search by.
Click Search to display the search results. The Search window remains open so you can perform another search if you choose to. Click Close when you are finished with the Search window.

Using the Search Results
From the search results you can:
View the E-Pay accounts for a customer. Right-click on a row and select View Customer or double-click on a row.
Create a printable receipt for a selected EPay transaction. Right-click on a row and select Reports > Account Transaction Statement filtered by EPayTransactionID
Use the Action button to:
execute a bulk status change. This changes all transactions with processing errors or a declined status to Unprocessed, so the transactions may be voided
manually approve sent transactions.
The E-Pay Transaction Search Results window contains the following information.
Account Number
Customer's IDI platform account number.
ID
Unique transaction identifier
Status
Unprocessed, Sent, Approved, and so on.
Description
Description of the transaction (Monthly InCharge, Partial Payment, Deposit, or Final Payment).
Type
Debit or credit.
Card Number
Credit card number if the transaction is associated with a credit card. The number is masked, showing only the last 4 digits of the number.
Amount
Dollar amount of the transaction.
Process Date
Date and time the transaction is processed by the the IDI platform .
Approval Date
Date and time the transaction is approved by the authorizing company (such as Authorize.NET, Shift4 or LinkPoint).
Approval Code
6-digit authorization code received from the credit card processor for an approved transaction.
Bureau Transaction ID
Number the credit service/bureau assigns to a transaction after it is submitted for processing.
Bureau Description
Description of the credit service/bureau assigned to the transaction.
Reason Code
Alphanumeric code that defines why a transaction is declined.
AVS Code
Address validation error that caused the transaction to be declined.
Bank Account Number
Bank account number if the transaction is associated with a checking or savings account. It displays masked.
Contact Name
Billing contact's name.
Contact Address
Billing contact's street address, city, and Zip Code.
Contact Phone #1
Billing contact's main phone number.
Contact Phone #2
Billing contact's secondary phone number.
Last Modified
Date that the account was last modified.
User ID
Name of the user who last modified the account.
