The following Permissions must be set up in the permission profiles for users charged with managing E911 and MSAG processes in the IDI platform.
E911
(Disabling removes the entire E911 menu)
Batch
Controls whether a user can use the E911 Batch Search function in BackOffice Management > E911 Management. Batch Search is used to approve batch content prior to generating the batch update file. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
Batch Detail
Controls whether a user can use the E911 Batch Detail Search function in BackOffice Management > E911 Management. Batch Search is used to approve individual batch records prior to generating the batch update file. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
Batch Export
Controls whether a user can generate E911 update files via BackOffice Management > E911 Management. The E911 File Generattion and Generate All E911 Files menu items are not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
Exclude
This permission is not currently associated to any function in the IDI platform and can be ignored.
MSAG

Delete
Controls whether a user can delete an MSAG record via the Search results. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
Edit
Controls whether a user can edit an MSAG record via the Search results. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
File Upload
Controls whether a user can use the MSAG File Upload function in BackOffice Management > MSAG Management. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
New
Controls whether a user can add an MSAG record via the Search results. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
Status File
Controls whether a user can view MSAG Status Files via BackOffice Management > MSAG Management. This menu item is not available for users that do not have this permission enabled.
To delete an existing MSAG record:
Right-click the desired MSAG record and select Delete. This displays a confirmation window.

Click Yes to delete this record from the MSAG table. The record is deleted from the MSAG table and the confirmation window is closed. The MSAG record is also removed from the MSAG Search Results window.
