To delete an Equipment State, select Inventory Management > Equipment Inventories > Equipment States from the Applications menu. This displays the list of Equipment States.
Right-click on a row and select Delete. This displays a confirmation dialog box.
Click Yes to delete the Equipment State.
If the selected Equipment State is not currently in use, it is deleted.
If the selected Equipment State is in use, an error message is displayed.
Click Close. The error message is closed and the Equipment State is not deleted.
