To delete a Franchise or Region:
Access Applications > POS Back Office > Locations.
Right-click the appropriate location icon and select Delete.
Click Yes at the confirmation to remove the Franchise or Region icon from the location configuration.
Note
You cannot delete a Franchise or Region that has children.
