If your company no longer owns a SID, you can quickly disconnect the existing Roaming Agreements associated with that SID by changing a Company SID to a non-Company SID.
To change a Company SID to a non-Company SID:
In the SIDs window, right-click the appropriate SID and select Toggle Company SID. This displays the Disconnect Roaming Agreements window.
To change the selected Company SID to a non-company SID and to disconnect all of the associated Roaming Agreements:
Click Yes. This displays the Disconnect Roaming Agreements window.
The Disconnect Roaming Agreements list window displays the following information:
Home SID
Selected Company SID
Partner SID
Partner SID associated with the Roaming Agreement.
Disconnect Date
Date the Roaming Agreement is disconnected. Default = current date.
Make changes to the disconnect date, if appropriate.
Click Finish to disconnect the roaming agreements and change the Company SID designation to "No."
To change the selected Company SID to a non-company SID and to retain all of the associated Roaming Agreements:
Click No. The existing Roaming Agreements remain connected, but the Company SID designation changes to "No."
