The Cellsite table is improperly configured. Find the InitialCellsiteID column in the SPUN record (the ALL COLUMNS view option must be chosen); this is the CellSiteID in the Cellsites table. Use Admin Console ‘Cellsites’ to edit this entry in the cellsite table – specify a good Toll NPA and Toll NXX.
If the usage record should be billed anyway, choose Override Rule on the usage record. If this is done frequently, consider a change to Unbillable Rules for this Unbillable Code. Note that ignoring lookup failures can have undesirable downstream repercussions including rating and discounting failures and poor invoice presentation.
Details
Each cellsite in the Cellsite table must specify its toll NPANXX, which is vital to downstream (especially outcollect) processing. In this case, the cellsite in the usage record did not contain a toll NPANXX.
