If this rarely occurs, the CDR may be bad or malformed. If so, it can be left alone (it will eventually age and no longer be visible) - or it can be purged immediately if desired.
If this occurs regularly, contact IDI BCT. It’s possible that a software (parser) update is required.

Voice calls use several methods for determining call start time. In this case, start time is configured to be determined by 'Send Key' and (1) the VoiceChannelElapsedTime was not present and (2) the VoiceChannelAllocationTime and DisconnectTime were not [both] present. Thus there was no way to determine duration.
