To add an Equipment State, select Inventory Management > Equipment Inventories > Equipment States from the Applications menu. This displays the list of Equipment States.
Right-click on a row and select New. This displays the Add Equipment State dialog box.

Enter a name for the equipment state as described below:
Equipment State ID
System-defined unique identifier of the Equipment State.
Description
Enter a brief description of the Equipment State.
Click Save. This adds the new Equipment State to the list.
