Non-terminated accounts can be set to Active/Deactivated by clicking a button above the account details.

Whether the button displayed depends on the current status of the account.
Deactivating an account sets the end-date on the account as the current date.
Activating the account sets the end date to the Credit Card expiration date for credit card accounts or blank for bank accounts.
Note
Payments and Credits cannot be made against inactive accounts.
