You can access the corporate account hierarchy to which customer belongs while the customer account is open in Customer Management. To do this:
If the customer account is not already open, perform a customer search and open the Customer window.
With the customer account open, from the Customer window menu bar select Status > Corporate Account. This displays the Corporate Accounts window.
Note
The Corporate Account menu item will only be enabled if the customer you are viewing is a corporate account. A corporate account is indicated if the corporate account icon is displayed in the top right corner of the Customer window in the icon field.
