There are currently two web services that can be used to manage a customer’s account. Currently, most methods needed will be found in the Customer Web Service. IDI is currently working on splitting this one service into multiple, as well as converting them from SOAP to REST.
Customer Service
Purpose:
The purpose of the customer service is to provide the ability to add, modify, look up, and search for basic customer information. This also includes working with features and services assigned to a customer account.

Customer Management Service
Purpose:
The customer management service should be used to update the bill cycle of a customer account.
