| FR 2956 | Improved Handling for exporting large usage files – To ensure OnlineBill doesn’t encounter an error when exporting a large usage file, if the billing period and service contains more than 5000 records, the system creates multiple export files, with a maximum of 5000 records per file. Also, a dialog will be presented, enabling users to download each file individually.
Replaced Trouble Tickets label with simply Tickets – in Account Management and Admin. This is to account for fact that not all Tickets are Trouble Tickets. |

| Workflow | AR 8212 | Added filters to My Tasks page:
Users can now click the filter icon and provide values for Task Name and/or Workflow to filter their results. This filter will be applied to all views (All, New, Next Week, Overdue, etc). When the filter is applied the icon will display as filled in and users will be provided an option to clear the filter. |
