CostGuard Version 22.9 Details

For customers who use the App tray to launch CostGuard Client and Admin Console, the system now supports single sign-on capabilities that let you automatically log in to the CostGuard Client or Admin Console without entering user credentials.

This FR addresses two items:

• The process that generates the ACH batch file was updated to not produce a file when there are no payments in the file. Previously the file was created with a header and trailer and no detail records.
• In CostGuard client, the Manage Recurring Transactions – Void Transaction option for a bill period now displays a confirmation dialog. This requires users to confirm the void prior to voiding the transactions.

The UpdateBillingOrder endpoint in the Billing Order Management web service is now a patchable (editable) field with add, remove and replace options that support updating the orderStateID value on billing orders.

Additionally, a System Order History entry is created with the new order state value along with the old order status and date, and a Billing Order Processed message is sent on the service bus with the old and new state IDs.
